How we collect your personal data & why we collect it.
We only ask for personal data when we truly need it, to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means for the reasons described below.
When you sign up for an email newsletter, we collect your email address and send it automatically over SSL/HTTPS to our email provider, Mailchimp. We use double opt in, meaning that after submitting your email address, you will receive a confirmation email and you should click a link to verify your email address. Only verified email addresses are subscribed to our newsletter. The Newsletters we send are mainly about our news and achievements and we do not advertise other companies or products. You may update your personal data or unsubscribe at any time, by following the respective links that you can find at the bottom of our Newsletters. Alternatively, you may contact us to update or delete your personal data at: [email protected].
When you fill out and submit the contact form on our Site, you provide us with your name, your email address, your phone number and optionally, your company name. We process this information in order to communicate with you regarding your request. We will not use this information for future marketing purposes, unless you specifically request it. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.
When we provide services to you, we collect your contact details as well as your financial details. We use this information to perform our contract with you, to manage our relationship with you and to bill you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing your personal data are:

How we store your personal data
Your personal data is securely stored locally in an offline server at the Company office. We take measures to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Our hosting company is in the European Union and it is GDPR compliant. Our Newsletter services are hosted by Mailchimp, based in Atlanta, USA and is GDPR compliant. Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected. Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout the Site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorisation.
How long we keep your data
We keep Newsletter subscribers’ data (name & email) for two years. After this period, a subscription renewal email is sent to all recipients. If the answer to their renewal is positive, we keep their data for an additional period of two more years. If it is negative, the subscription is deleted permanently from the Mailchimp list and all its folders. We keep clients personal data (name, email, phone, mobile and work address) for the period required to complete the project or collaboration stated by the legal contracts. Then we dispose of this information by deleting their contact information from the clientele contacts book and we transfer all financial paperwork and files for each project to our trusted accountants and deleting these from our onsite server.
What are your rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data.
- Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
- Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
We will respond to your requests without undue delay, at the latest within one month upon receiving your request. You can also complain to the data protection supervisory authority if you are unhappy with how we have used your personal data.
The Company uses “cookies” for other purposes and particularly for:
- Conduct research for statistical purposes and / or to improve the content and services of the Site and / or to assess the effectiveness of the Site.

What rights you have on your data.
We do not keep any persona data on our Site. Our contact forms are sent via email and any data provided are deleted. Newsletter subscription data are hosted by Mailchimp, a procedure mentioned above in the respective section. You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, that you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
